Here you can see the importance of hydrolysed Topshape for recovery - then you can drink it during performance.
The course of the event:
- At the 90 min mark, a moderately top heavy workout begins.
- At 0 min the workout is over
A: drink in small sips (approx. 40g = 1 dl powder, 36g protein, mixed with 0,5l water, flavoured with some juice if necessary) during and after the workout.
B: drink approx. 20g topshape100 before training (same mix, 2 dl water, liquid)
C: (purple) is the traditional way. Protein is drunk after exercise (digested in the stomach, absorbed over about 2 h).
Return benefit is about 2.5h compared to traditional (above 0 protein in blood for use).
